What to Expect

When you come through our doors whether it is for the first time or the 100th you can expect to be greeted by our friendly receptionists. New clients will be expected to fill out some new client paperwork and will have any previous medical records copied if not already completed. A technician will escort you into one of our 4 exam rooms as soon as possible after your arrival.

They will get a detailed history based on the reason for the appointment, take any samples for laboratory tests, and educate you on products or services that may be most beneficial to your pet. The doctor will then come in and do a complete examination and answer any questions that you may have. Continued education and handouts will be provided based on findings from exam, medications dispensed, chronic issues that were discussed such as diet, arthritis, or other issues.

If your pet came in for illness or had laboratory testing sent out, you can expect a call within a few days to follow up and answer and new questions that may have come up. We also always provide follow up reminders to ensure that if any rechecks are needed by the doctor that they are not forgotten. From start to finish you can expect compassion and care from our staff that will treat your pet as if they were one of our own.
