Teresa has been on staff since 1994. At home she has a big, black horse named Ace, the cutest donkey ever named Twiggs, Henry the rooster, Eda the chicken, a pigeon that has adopted her, a boxer named Levi, lab Coco, 3 great kitties; Zac, Sam and Skeet and last, but not least, the smallest member of the family is a cockatiel named Pearl (shew!) She has been working in the veterinary field for 27 years with 19 of those for Dr. John and Maureen Burton. She enjoys working for them as they are very compassionate and caring people. She also feels very fortunate to have a great staff to work with. Teresa cares very much about the quality of care that is given to the pets we see at Piedmont Animal Hospital. She loves a job she can get up in the morning and want to go to work and what she has been able to do for the past 27 years. Does it get any better than that? Her life revolves around her job and the love she has for all animals.
